“Ne zanima me tko je kakav, ja bih samo da svatko radi svoj posao!”
Puno sam puta čula ovu rečenicu.
Razumijem ljude koji je izgovaraju, jer su
pritisnuti poslovima I rokovima,
i nemaju prostora za “razumijevanje koje je u biti filozofiranje oko nečega što ne mogu promijeniti” (citat),
nego im je cilj da, svi zajedno, takvi kakvi jesu (muški, ženski, stari, mladi, otkuda god potječu i koju god su školu završili, i kojim god jezikom govorili)
komuniciraju i rade zajedno što bolje.
Kad im kažem da rad na #DEI raznovrsnosti, jednakim prilikama i uključivosti služi upravo tome – da vam ljudi komuniciraju, razumiju se I rade zajedno što bolje, pogledaju me upitno, jer su očito pod tim pojmom podrazumijevali nešto drugo, na primjer neke kvote, zadovoljavanje statistika i slično.
No kvote ne služe ničenu ako nisu osnovane na boljem razumijevanju i sinergiji, i ako iza njih ne stoje bolji poslovni rezultati.
Vezano za bolje rezultate, vjerujem da ćete se složiti da je kapacitet tima da komunicira, razumije se I radi zajedno, ograničen kapacitetom lidera koji ga vodi.
Ili jednostavnije – loš šef će brzo razbucati i najbolji tim (proove me wrong).
U ovu edukativnu aplikaciju, za koju vam treba cca 25 minuta, ubacila sam osnovne pojmove o svakoj od njih.
A rad na njima nije težak, ali može imati life-changing posljedice, i za vas, i za vaše ljude.
